About the Developers
For generations, the Wilson Arch area of Utah's redrock country has attracted visitors with its spectacularly unique beauty. Now it is becoming home to another attraction, a resort community that is the vision of a couple whose life work has been finding secluded areas of natural beauty and carefully developing them for residential and commercial use.

Phil and Brenda Glaze got their start in the '60s developing residential communities in Sedona, Arizona and the Vail Valley in Colorado. There they learned the nuances of planning and developing a community that makes the most of the natural terrain with the least amount of impact. Their innovative ideas and fresh approach to land development earned the couple numerous awards, and their Sedona projects a solid reputation for their unique quality.
Today the Glazes are bringing their expertise in environmentally sensitive land development to the ruggedly beautiful country of southeastern Utah. According to Phil and Brenda, every home site at Wilson Arch Resort Community has been carefully placed to preserve the natural features of the land, take advantage of the magnificent views, and provide a sense of peaceful solitude. All utilities are underground to preserve the spectacular vistas and natural surroundings.
Brenda, a 30-year realtor in charge of marketing the development, says that Wilson Arch represents a new approach to living. "This community offers residents a simpler life in a truly spectacular natural environment," she says. "Here you can live with nature, loving where you live while loving what you do, staying connected to the rest of the world through modern technology."

In addition to single-family home sites with spectacular, panoramic views, Wilson Arch Resort Community also features what the Glazes call "Back of the Arch Cottages." "These cottages offer the perfect home away from home," says Phil, the project developer. "They have all the necessities, plus a two-car garage and a large deck with plenty of room for a hottub. And each cottage is carefully situated to provide an unspoiled view of Wilson Arch and the ever-changing red rock formations of this fantastic area."
A 250-acre development, Wilson Arch Resort Community also offers a wide array of commercial development sites. "The scenic byway that travels through the community provides a steady stream of visitors looking for services and amenities," says Brenda. "Our objective is to provide those amenities without detracting from the area's natural beauty-- the very reason people are traveling through."
